At Burnett Farm Toys, LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your farm scale models and collectibles. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email or call our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
